The history of this Podere from its rather pretentious sounding name Castel Crescente
though known locally simply as ‘I Monti’ (the hills/mounds/mountains) is as simple to tell as it is extraordinary.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

OUR WINES ARE OBTAINED FROM ORIGINATING GRAPES
FROM A STRICT ORGANIC CULTIVATION.

Our primary objective is to obtain excellent grapes and to intervene as little as possible in the winemaking process so that they can give the maximum of their varietal qualities.

First of all, good wine is made in the vineyard.

The goal of an organic farm is to create a real ecosystem by promoting the development of concrete biodiversity and in particular of beneficial insects, undisputed protagonists of biological control and antagonists par excellence of parasites.

Our vineyards have always been cultivated according to these principles and their protocols and our wines are produced in full respect of the natural procedures, using the most modern technologies.
