Castelcrescente

 
This wine is obtained from the best selection of our Sorbara grapes, organic, hand-picked and whole bunch pressed, as contemplated by the fundamental rules of classic method production.
The aging takes place on its own lees for a period never less than 40 months at a constant temperature of 15-16 °C, in our underground cellar, a unique feature in the Lambrusco production area.
More than 4 years after the harvest, the wine is disgorged and topped up with the same wine, without any dosage of sugar.
For us, Castelcrescente is the icing on the cake of our products, which is why we have assigned it the historic name that identifies the farm on which the winery stands.
Production is extremely limited, only 500 magnums are produced each year.
