This wine is obtained from a base of Grechetto Gentile and a blend of Trebbiano di Spagna and Lambrusco di Sorbara, whose proportions are carefully dosed according to the vintage, in order to always obtain the best final result.
The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified according to the ancestral method, a traditional winemaking technique that involves refermentation in the bottle. The wine, aged on its own yeasts, produces a sediment that guarantees the naturalness of the winemaking process, so that the last glass will become your favorite.
